2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products (books) offered through kassandrademuller.com and apply to all orders placed by consumers and users through this online store.
By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms and conditions.
3. Purchase Process
- Select the book or bundle you want and add it to your cart.
- Please review the selected articles before continuing.
- Enter your shipping and billing information.
- Select your payment method and complete the transaction securely.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
The sales contract is considered to be concluded at the moment the buyer receives the order confirmation email.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices include applicable VAT and are listed in euros (€). Shipping costs, if any, will be shown before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price will always be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

5. Shipping costs and delivery times

Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- Please let us know your decision by email at info@kassandrademuller.com, including your order number.
- Please return the product in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
Once we have received and verified your return, we will issue a full refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized books or books with signed dedications made at the customer's express request, nor to digital products that have already been downloaded or unlocked by the buyer.
7. Warranties and defective products
If you receive a defective product or one that differs from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@kassandrademuller.com, attaching photos of the condition of the product and the packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity in accordance with the TRLGDCU.
8. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes are valid for one-time use per person, cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified, and are subject to the terms and validity dates of each promotion. They have no redeemable cash value.
9. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of Albacete, without prejudice to any jurisdiction that may apply to the consumer.
